Minister Walker Outreach Ministries: is a catalyst for change,changing the way Families think about themselves, and changing public policy in ways that are essential to us all.                                                                                               Our goal at Minister Walker Outreach Ministries is to touch the lives of the homebound, frail, at risk, economically disadvantaged senior citizens, needy familes, disabled veterans, and indiviuals in The City of Hartford CT., who request our service.                                                                                      

At the core of a healthy elderly community is a population that is well fed, well housed, free from crine, loneliness, and they are financially secure. While we cannot tackle all of the issue that affect those who call on us we ( and we do) tackle the issues of food, clothing, housekeeping. and loneliness.
